Product Substitution Policy

Products in the gift baskets are subject to availability and may be replaced with a suitable substitute of equal or greater value. The Philippine Gift Hampers Team will exhaust all resources to ensure that the original shopping list for each basket is fulfilled with the original items wherever possible.


Delivery Policy

Preferred and Alternate Delivery Dates

While we will make every effort to honor your preferred delivery date, please note that it cannot be guaranteed. There may be unexpected delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • National calamities
  • Crises or other disruptions
  • Increased order volume and shipping delays during peak seasons, such as holidays

The Philippines is a tropical country that experiences a series of typhoons throughout the year. Many rural areas still rely on dirt and mud roads, and some regions are mountainous or on islands in a primitive state. These conditions can contribute to delays.

To prevent delays, please ensure you provide a valid and working mobile phone number. Orders will not be shipped without a working contact number.

Returns and Replacements

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are eligible for return or replacement if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, including food items, flowers, or customized gift hampers, are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
  • Any items not in their original condition or damaged due to customer mishandling are also ineligible.

Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@philippinegifthampers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) received.
  • Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued only for items that cannot be replaced or corrected.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items returned outside the return window or not in original condition, subject to evaluation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

  • If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations made during this period may be accommodated, provided that the order has not yet entered the assembly or shipping stage.

Final Sales

  • Cancellations cannot be processed after the 24-hour window, and the sale will be considered final. This is because the funds have already been allocated, and items cannot be returned to our retail partners.

Why Cancellations and Refunds Are Limited

Due to the unique nature of our service, which involves the prompt procurement of items and assembly of personalized gift hampers, cancellations, and refunds are restricted beyond the specified timeframe. Additionally, retail partners’ strict policies prevent the return of procured items.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
